Brandon Hudson is a native Texan artist who has exhibited his photo-based artworks for almost two decades. His interests in artmaking range from remixing found photographs with paint and ink, microphotography of crystallized chemicals, building ceramic forms to photograph and digitally manipulate, and altering archive videos from the 1920s – 60s with a video synthesizer.

He consistently exhibits his artworks nationally and has worked in numerous private collections. Recent accolades include a solo show at the President's Gallery at Texas A&M University-Commerce, a Finalist in the 2022 Texas Photo Society National Photo Award, and group exhibitions at the Masur Museum, the Fort Worth Art Center, the CICA Museum, MarinMOCA, and the Foley Gallery in New York. He also co-curated the exhibition The Language of Perpetual Conditions for the Ronald Silverman Fine Arts Gallery at Cal State LA. In 2016, he received a Working Artist Photography Grant Award.

After residing in New York, NY and Los Angeles, CA for 12 years, he now oversees the studios at Texas A&M University-Commerce as the Art Facilities Coordinator and teaches Drawing and Photography courses.
